If I do not have a copy, I will provide my work history for a resume to be created. I agree to complete weekly tracking logs to document my applications and interviews and provide them to my ES for review (5 applications weekly – due every Thursday by noon) I agree to communicate with my assigned Employment Specialist on a weekly basis to provide updates on my employment progress. I understand that I may be exited from the program for the following reasons: No contact with my Employment Specialist for 15 days. Any incompletion of all required components of the CareerLink Program. Not meeting deadlines assigned by your Employment Specialist. Expectations Ongoing communication is essential for the effectiveness of the CareerLink program. Actively job searching and applying for positions should be a top priority for allparticipants.
