HopeLink provides assistance with mortgage, rent, and utilities to Clark County residents, largely in Henderson and North Las Vegas with some options available for Las Vegas and Boulder City. To qualify for these assistance programs, clients must have experienced an unexpected change of circumstance including a job loss, medical crisis, or another unanticipated emergency. HopeLink provides rental assistance through a multitude of federal, state, and local grants as well as from supplemental crisis funding when the community is in need. Each grant has specific qualifications that must be met to qualify for assistance. HopeLink case managers are trained to assess client eligibility, depending on the grant criteria, and to administer assistance to qualified households.
