Assistance for Seniors on Fixed Incomes
Hope4Seniors was created and designed to support senior citizens who are struggling with high rental costs while living on a fixed income. Through rental subsidies and case management support, this program ensures that vulnerable individuals can maintain safe, stable housing while working toward long-term affordable solutions. Individuals must be 62 or over or have a documented disability and live on a fixed income (SSA, SSI or SSDI) to qualify.
