HopeLink of Southern Nevada operates as one of four state-funded Family Resource Centers (FRC) serving Henderson, Southeast Las Vegas, and Boulder City, connecting individuals and families in crisis to essential resources. Our FRC case managers provide a range of services, including:
- Emergency food assistance
- Bus passes
- Nevada IDs
- Work cards
- Birth certificates
- Senior-specific aid like prescription co-pay assistance
- Mental health support
- Legal aid
- Low-cost medical clinics
Through staffed outreach sites across Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson, we extend these services to underserved communities, partnering with local organizations to overcome barriers like transportation and technology.
Our program thrives through strong community partnerships that amplify our ability to serve individuals and families in need. By collaborating with local places of worship, low-income housing complexes, private businesses, and other nonprofit organizations such as Three Square and Project Marilyn, we expand access to critical services and resources. These partnerships enable us to offer on-site assistance in underserved areas, addressing barriers like transportation and technology while fostering trust within the community.
