Though the Supreme Court blocked the CDC Eviction Moratorium as unconstitutional, Nevadans are still protected by AB486. Passed in the Nevada Legislature earlier this year, this measure is an important tool for renters in Nevada who are facing eviction due to non-payment of rent.
